2024年5月16日，美国国土安全部公布，将26家位于中国的纺织企业列入《维吾尔强迫劳动预防法》（UFLPA）的实体清单的附表4，自 2024年5月17日起上述 26个实体生产的商品将被限制进入美国，理由是在新疆以外生产制造的产品使用了从新疆维吾尔自治区采购的棉花。具体是（中文翻译仅供参考）

注：附表4是指：A list of facilities and entities, including the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, that source material from Xinjiang or from persons working with the government of Xinjiang or the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps for purposes of the ‘‘poverty alleviation’’ program or the ‘‘pairing-assistance’’ program or any other government-labor scheme that uses forced labor，Section 2(d)(2)(B)(v)，一份包括新疆生产建设兵团在内的机构和实体的清单，这些机构和实体为“扶贫”计划、“对口援助”计划或任何其他使用强迫劳动的政府劳动计划而从新疆或与新疆政府或新疆生产建设兵团合作的人员处获取原材料。
